Co-Founder/ Clinical Director 

Ivnish Gujral is the Founder and Clinical Director of Xtend Care Pty Ltd, bringing over 10 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of South Wales (UK) and has dedicated her career to improving the quality of allied health services within the community.

With a strong background in both clinical practice and leadership, Ivnish combines her deep understanding of patient care with strategic management expertise. Her passion for excellence, innovation, and compassionate healthcare has been the driving force behind Xtend Care's rapid growth and outstanding reputation.

Practice Operations Coordinator

With over six years of experience in the healthcare industry, Matilda brings a strong background in healthcare administration, practice management and operational coordination to her role as Practice Operations Coordinator at Xtend Care.

Matilda plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently for both clients and practitioners. Her responsibilities include coordinating client referrals and intake processes, managing practitioner schedules, supporting recruitment and staff onboarding, maintaining compliance requirements and overseeing administrative systems and workflows.
